Finally, we are experienced in oversight of commercial construction and frequently serve as development consultants overseeing the General Contractor’s progress performance. In doing so we pay particular attention to timely performance, proper documentation, code compliance and lender relations. We understand Florida’s construction-related lien, bonding and insurance requirements and help clients navigate Florida’s complex administrative, building, zoning and health & safety regulations. The firm also represents clients involved in real estate disputes, often successfully resolving disagreements informally or through mediation or arbitration, and without incurring the expense of court litigation.
